In view of the expansion of the Internet, particularly with regard to businesses, I approached Easter Lawrenceton Software
to re-incarnate my simple, but adequate website. The dynamic duo of Mike & Colette duly arrived at my premises to begin the
process. Mike is the Computer Genius (or at least he is compared to me) and Colette is the petite, attractive interpreter he
needs (also his wife) so that us mere mortals have some chance to understand what he is saying. My original problem was that
the company hosting my website, often didn’t, and failed to tell me when they weren’t. Within days of explaining my
frustration and disgust at these antics, Mike had sorted out the problem, had gained control of my website, resurrected it
and once again we were back on the net, this was done calmly, quietly and with utmost efficiency. The first strategy meeting
sorted out the basic ideas for my new and upgraded website and within days I had the first view of a rough draft.
Fine-tuning followed and the end result is a website I am really proud of and which I believe reflects positively on my
business, in just the way I want it to. No problem was too much trouble for Mike & Colette and every consideration was given
to my needs and to what I wanted the website to show. Many times they raised points and made suggestions for improvements
that I had never considered and their professionalism throughout was beyond question. Mike’s ability in creating websites is
obvious for all to see. His creation compared with my original attempt can only be described as comparing the Sistine Chapel
to a child with crayons. Colette’s ability to put into words what needs to be said in a precise and grammatically correct
manner was something I personally appreciated. In conclusion, I am very happy with the work that Mike & Colette did for me
and I hope we will continue our association for a very long time, I cannot recommend them highly enough."
